- Georgia Stories - produced by Georgia Public Broadcasting, many videos covering Georgia's history, geography, government, and economics, specifically for 8th graders in Georgia. Searchable index or browse by title.
- The New Georgia Encyclopedia - The New Georgia Encyclopedia provides an authoritative source of information about people, places, events, institutions, and many other topics relating to the state. On this site you will find articles and images on nearly every aspect of Georgia as well as convenient links to other Web sites related to the history, culture, and life of the state.
- Georgia Info - an extensive Web online resource about Georgia. Its development was motivated by the conviction that such information, which can now be readily accessed by Georgians in every county, could help citizens and public officials of the state become better informed in order to identify new resources and make decisions to improve the quality of life in their communities.
- Georgia.gov - is the online connection to the State of Georgia. It provides to access information on the many services and programs available in Georgia. In additional to legislative and government agency information, there are links to resources for travel information about the state, local and regional government, and the governor's office.
- Explore Georgia - Georgia's official tourism website includes planning tools and descriptions of 5000+ attractions and lodgings across the state, as well as lots of trip ideas and photos.
- Georgia Parks and Historical Sites - The official site for the state's parks and historical sites. Each site has a history, or a reason for being a park, spanning the last 250 years of events and people.
- Georgia Dept. of Economic Development - a website devoted to the collection of economic resources pertaining to Georgia, serving small businesses, state and international business, as well as programs and services.
- Digital Library of Georgia - The Digital Library of Georgia is a gateway to Georgia's history and culture found in digitized books, manuscripts, photographs, government documents, newspapers, maps, audio, video, and other resources. The Digital Library of Georgia connects users to 500,000 digital objects in 90 collections from 60 institutions and 100 government agencies. There are lots of primary sources to be found here!
